Job descriptionClient Meetings & C-Level Engagement : Lead client discussions, presenting tailored cloud solutions (Azure / AWS) with a focus on business outcomes that resonate with C-level executives. Highlight the value of ServiceNow or ITOM in transforming IT operations. Solution Design with Architects : Work closely with Solution Architects, ensuring cloud designs meet customer needs. Provide expert input on infrastructure, security, and ITOM services to address specific challenges. RFP Response & Proposal Development : Collaborate with the Sales team to craft proposals aligned with both business and technical goals, emphasizing IZT’s strategic cloud and ITOM solutions for executive clients. Industry Research & Thought Leadership : Stay updated on cloud technology trends. Contribute to thought leadership content like case studies and presentations to demonstrate IZT’s cutting-edge expertise. Product Demonstrations : Conduct live demos of cloud solutions, showcasing IZT’s Azure / AWS and ITOM capabilities. Adapt to client queries, addressing concerns and explaining business value clearly. Client Relationship Management : Maintain communication with clients, guiding them through technical needs and building strong, long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and business success. Technical Cloud Expertise : Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud solutions. ServiceNow / ITOM Experience : Proficiency in ServiceNow and ITOM services, enabling you to propose IT operations solutions. C-Level Engagement : Proven ability to engage and communicate with C-level executives, translating technical solutions into business outcomes. Collaboration and Communication : Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, solution architects, and marketing, while presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Proposal and RFP Development : Expertise in crafting proposals that address business problems and meet customer needs. Relationship Building : Experience in building and maintaining strong client, partner, and vendor relationships. Adaptability and Problem-Solving : Capacity to address dynamic client needs and propose strategic solutions.
