Senior Finance Manager [04 / 10 / 2025]

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience Required : 4–6 years in Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or BFSI / FinTech sectors

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, including due diligence, valuation, and post-deal integration.
• Support Transaction Advisory Services for fundraising, partnerships, and joint ventures to accelerate business expansion.
• Oversee Financial Transaction Processing and ensure robust internal controls, compliance, and automation in line with Insurtech best practices.
• Manage core aspects of Corporate Finance including capital structuring, investment evaluation, and liquidity management.
• Build financial strategies tailored to the BFSI and FinTech ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Contribute to Portfolio Risk Management, ensuring resilience and long-term sustainability.
• Drive Strategic Financial Management to optimize resource allocation, improve ROI, and support digital transformation.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders for effective Stakeholder Management, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
• Apply structured Problem Solving methodologies to address financial challenges and unlock new business opportunities.
