Senior Manager - Finance Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic initiatives. This role will play a key part in managing the companys financial health, supporting business growth, and advising senior leadership on financial strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and leadership qualities to help drive financial performance and decision-making across the Responsibilities :

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes across departments.
• Provide in-depth variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Partner with business units to monitor financial KPIs and support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and present financial statements, board reports, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP / IFRS, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audits.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and liquidity planning.
• Oversee bank relationships, investment strategies, and internal treasury operations.
• Support M&A activities, fundraising, and financial due diligence as needed.
• Lead cost analysis, pricing strategy, ROI evaluation, and margin improvement projects.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks through scenario analysis and contingency planning.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals (e.g., accountants, analysts).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, legal, and sales for cross-departmental initiatives.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and implementation of financial systems / tools (e.g., Qualifications :
• Bachelor's / master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8 to 12 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP / IFRS, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI).
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate with senior executives.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach
