Job Overview :
We are seeking a passionate and driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth in the US market while working from our Bangalore office. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with C-level executives, and closing high-value deals in the enterprise market.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and identify potential enterprise clients across the US market to generate new business opportunities for Glider AI.
- Engage and build strong relationships with C-level and VP-level executives to understand their hiring challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Manage accurate sales forecasts and consistently achieve or exceed new business sales targets.
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Develop a strong understanding of hiring trends, HR technology, and market dynamics within the US enterprise space.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from US-based clients.
- Maintain strong long-term client relationships to drive account growth and increase investment in Glider AI solutions.
- Leverage CRM tools and other sales tech stacks to capture market intelligence and execute data-driven sales strategies.
Requirements :
3–5 years of direct selling experience in SaaS, ideally within enterprise market segments.Proven experience in selling to C-level executives and senior decision-makers, preferably in the US market.Strong track record of building and managing your own opportunity pipeline through outbound activities such as cold calling, targeted emails, and personalized outreach.Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions to US clients.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with cross-cultural communication ability.Ability to clearly assess client requirements, understand pain points, and conduct value-based selling.Good understanding of CRM systems and sales technology tools.Experience in managing timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.Skills :
