Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities, with an emphasis on enterprise and managed office solutions.
Drive outbound sales via calls, emails, and digital prospecting on professional platforms used internally for prospecting.
Build, manage, and nurture a dynamic pipeline of leads, maintaining continuous engagement and proactive follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
Be actively involved in all sales closures, working closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless deal finalization and excellent customer experience.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain, monitor, and update CRM systems with real-time, accurate data on prospective clients and all sales activities.
Represent BHIVE Workspace at seminars, webinars, industry events, and networking forums, serving as an energetic brand ambassador.
Desired Skills & Competencies :
Demonstrated track record of success in outbound sales or business development, preferably within the coworking or real estate sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging and influencing a wide range of decision-makers.
Strong organizational capabilities and a data-driven approach to pipeline management and outreach prioritization.
Proficiency in using sales analytics tools and CRM platforms for optimized lead tracking and performance measurement.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
