We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager with deep expertise in ISP solutions and B2B sales to drive growth by acquiring and managing large enterprise clients. The successful candidate will develop strategic sales plans, manage complex sales cycles, and build strong client relationships to thrive in a competitive marketplace.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target enterprise customers for ISP solutions, including Internet Leased Line, MPLS, SD-WAN, and other connectivity services.
- Generate qualified leads, manage the sales pipeline efficiently, and close high-value deals.
- Prepare and deliver tailored, solution-based proposals and compelling sales presentations to C-level and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including service delivery and technical support, to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and market trends to senior 6 to 10 years of proven experience in ISP or telecom enterprise sales.
- Strong track record of success in B2B solution selling, preferably in ISP connectivity services.
- In-depth knowledge of leased lines, broadband, MPLS, SD-WAN, and related telecom services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with executive-level clients.
- Ability to manage multiple large accounts and complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
