Must Have :
- 18+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in a consulting & delivery role
- 3+ full life cycle SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementations including Onboarding 1.0 to ONB 2.0 migrations and support.
- Active Certification in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Modules, with certification in Employee Central (EC) a being required.
- Strong cross functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system with special focus on Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, People Analytics for Onboarding reports.
- Good knowledge on troubleshooting Onboarding 2.0 issues including build for custom solutions and propose workarounds for customers to address product challenges.
Good to Have :
Understand and evaluate business requirementsFollow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities.Work on Incidents / Changes / Service Requests created by thecustomer within the agreed SLA
Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance whenneeded
. Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix,performance, availability, and system uptimes. Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily statusupdates
Maintain project documentation (Validation documents / KEDB etc.)and adhere to customer's quality policy and procedures.
Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and MonthlySkills Required
