Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Officer with expertise in module configuration, integration support, and HR process alignment. Join our team to drive excellence in HR technology systems and operations.

Responsibility :

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning).
• Customize workflows, templates, and business processes as per technical requirements.
• Support downstream feeds, integration flows, and resolve integration-related issues.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align technical solutions with operational goals.
• Provide ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct training sessions for HR teams to maximize system utilization.
• Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, and technical specifications.
• Support HR teams with data migration, system updates, and reporting.
• Develop and optimize HR dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and data protection standards.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors developments and industry best practices.
