Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Officer with expertise in module configuration, integration support, and HR process alignment. Join our team to drive excellence in HR technology systems and operations.
Responsibility :
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning).
- Customize workflows, templates, and business processes as per technical requirements.
- Support downstream feeds, integration flows, and resolve integration-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align technical solutions with operational goals.
- Provide ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct training sessions for HR teams to maximize system utilization.
- Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, and technical specifications.
- Support HR teams with data migration, system updates, and reporting.
- Develop and optimize HR dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and data protection standards.
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors developments and industry best practices.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant or in a similar role.Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules and configurations.Strong understanding of HR processes and IT systems integration.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in data migration, system updates, and technical reporting.Familiarity with integration tools such as Boomi or CPI (preferred).SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferred).Skills Required
