Job Title : SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant

Location : Mumbai (Powai)

Experience : 8–10 Years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with a strong background in People Analytics to support HR transformation initiatives. The role involves implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors EC, as well as designing and deploying People Analytics dashboards and reports to enable data-driven HR decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors EC modules, including position management, workflows, business rules, and data models.
Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders for EC and analytics needs.
Design, develop, and maintain People Analytics dashboards, reports, and stories.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to drive analytics-based decision-making using SuccessFactors data models.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of HR data across EC and analytics platforms.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage enhancements / change requests.
Deliver training and create documentation for end-users and business stakeholders.
Stay updated with quarterly SuccessFactors releases and recommend adoption of new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support.

Expertise in People Analytics (Stories, Calculated Columns, Dashboards, Workforce Analytics).

Strong understanding of Data Models, MDF objects, Foundation Objects, and Business Rules.

Experience with Report Center, Report Canvas, and Advanced Reporting.

Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for People Analytics (preferred).

Knowledge of data privacy, GDPR, and role-based permissions in reporting.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
