Job Title : Business Development Manager (BDM) – (B2C)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and leverage a strong network of healthcare providers and professionals to accelerate sales and partnerships.
- Prospect, qualify, and acquire new clients in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Pitch and position WONDRx's technology platform as a sales transformation and digital innovation tool.
- Lead the entire sales lifecycle : lead generation → relationship-building → negotiation → closure → account management.
- Onboard healthcare providers and doctors, expanding adoption of WONDRx's IHX solutions.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to align client needs with platform capabilities.
- Track, report, and optimize sales funnels using data-driven insights.
- Represent WONDRx at industry events, panels, and networking forums.
Key Requirements
5+ years of proven success in B2C sales / partnerships within healthcare (providers, labs, or doctors).Strong ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles .Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a fast-paced startup environment .Passionate about transforming healthcare through innovation and technology .Experience in Field SalesLocation : Vikhroli, Mumbai
