Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Delivery Excellence (QA & Automation & DevOps) - Agentic AI!

In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions-domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Responsibilities

• .QA Strategy & Processes : Develop and implement effective QA strategies and processes aligned with business objectives.
• .Test Automation, CI CD DevOps Integration, Performance and load testing, Security testing, Cloud and containerization, Test management and bug tracking AI / ML testing, Agentic Testing, Test strategey and planning
• .Automation Tooling : Lead selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of automated testing frameworks.
• .Team Leadership : Hire, mentor, and develop QA and automation teams, fostering collaboration with development and product teams.
• .DevOps Governance : Provide oversight ensuring DevOps practices align with quality standards.
• .Metrics & Continuous Improvement : Establish KPIs to measure QA effectiveness and drive data-informed improvements.
