Manager - Generative AI

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and deliver Generative AI projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Work hands-on with LLMs, RAG models, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs , and open-source frameworks.
• Deploy and manage AI models in cloud-based environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Agile project management experience and strong experience in scrum methodologies and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, product, business) to ensure solution alignment.
• Support client discussions and act as a technical POC during project delivery.
• Ensure model scalability, performance optimization, and compliance with data security standards.
• Mentor junior team members in Generative AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
