🎯 What You’ll Own (Your Superpowers)

  • Drive Marketing & Growth Strategy end-to-end (CAC, LTV, ROAS, Revenue).
  • Shape Brand Communication & Positioning across all channels.
  • Create killer content strategies for paid ads (hooks, angles, offers).
  • Own Customer Retention via WhatsApp, Email, SMS Automation, subscriptions, and loyalty programs.
  • Oversee ad creatives, branding visuals, and packaging design.
  • Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and content creators.
  • Launch high-impact campaigns, offers, and product releases.
  • Be the guardian of brand love + business growth.

🚀 What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in D2C / eCommerce growth & marketing.
  • Proven success in scaling revenue via digital channels (Meta, Google, Influencers).
  • Strong grasp of analytics & performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR).
  • A creative mind that can decide ad content + brand storytelling.
  • Experience with Shopify, WhatsApp Automation, CRM tools is a plus.
  • Leadership skills to manage media buyers, designers & agencies.
  • Most importantly : ownership mindset, treat Blubein like your own brand.
