Digital Marketing Manager

Job descriptionMonitor and analyse campaign metrics including CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS to assess effectiveness. Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track and enhance campaign performance. Assist in managing campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI. Monitor spending and performance to stay within budget while achieving campaign goals. Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize cost-effectiveness. Work closely with the creative team to develop and refine ad creatives and landing pages. Coordinate with marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing initiatives. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 4 to 10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role. Proven experience in optimizing paid marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Lead to join our team. With 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. Your expertise will help us achieve our growth objectives and enhance our digital presence across various channels.
