Role Overview -
We're looking for a growth-focused and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital campaigns, performance marketing, and social media strategy. You'll manage our online presence and client accounts across paid and organic channels — driving visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities -
- Plan, execute & optimize digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and manage SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies
- Handle social media strategy, calendars, and content direction across platforms
- Build engagement-driven content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube
- Oversee performance marketing and drive ROI for client campaigns
- Collaborate with design & content teams to create platform-specific assets
- Manage ad budgets, A / B test creatives, and report performance metrics
- Track KPIs and deliver monthly reports with data-driven insights
- Stay updated with algorithm changes, trends, and digital tools
Requirement -
4–7 years of experience in digital & social media marketin
gStrong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and SEO toolsSolid understanding of content calendars, brand tonality, and social media growth tacticsProven track record in running performance and organic social campaignsExcellent copywriting and presentation skillsAgency background preferreSkills Required
