Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Vice President Sales to lead and grow our sales organization.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The AVP Sales will drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading high-performing sales teams, and overseeing overall sales operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure individual and team goals are met.
• Drive new business development initiatives across B2B and B2C channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
• Travel as required to meet clients and attend key business events.
