Job description

Tripate (Taabow Travels Pvt. Ltd.) is expanding our team! We’re looking for a Visa Executive who can manage customer calls and handle visa applications with precision and care.

📍 Location

  • Chennai Office (Saligramam)
  • Hybrid – Work from home most of the time (candidates from Andhra Pradesh or Telangana preferred)

💼 Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound / outbound customer calls related to visa services
  • Guide clients through documentation & application process
  • Manage updates, follow-ups, and status tracking
  • Support Chennai office team when required

    • ✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in visa processing or travel industry (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English & Telugu (Tamil is an advantage)
  • Organised, reliable & able to work independently
  • Comfortable with basic computer tools (MS Office / Google Workspace)

    • 💰 Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
