Key Responsibilities

• Book international flights via GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Expertly handle flight reissues, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with diverse airline fare rules and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex travel-related issues, such as flight cancellations, delays, and schedule changes, often under pressure.
• Provide up-to-date and accurate information on airline alliances (e.g., Star Alliance, Oneworld), airline regulations, visa requirements, and relevant geographical factors affecting travel.
• Advise clients on the most efficient and cost-effective routing, considering alternative airports, flight options, and preferred vendors.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, travel bookings, and payments.
• Communicate with clients effectively through multiple channels (phone, email) to provide travel options, policy guidance, and exceptional customer service.
