Job Title : Travel Consultant

Location : Vile Parle (E), Mumbai

Employment Type : Full-Time

Work timing : 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM (Mon to Friday )

Saturday : 9 : 30am to 2pm

Week off : Sunday

Experience Required : 6 Months to 2 Years

Salary : 20K to 30K PM Ex-Bonus (depending on previous salary drawn, experience and skills)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our travel agency team.

They will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their domestic and international travel, offering tailored itineraries, and ensuring exceptional service from inquiry to post-travel support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Interact with direct customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.
  • Understand client preferences and suggest travel options accordingly.
  • Design customized itineraries including flights, hotels, visas, insurance, tours, and transfers.
  • Provide accurate pricing, availability, and travel documentation requirements.
  • Handle end-to-end booking process and documentation.
  • Maintain post-booking communication and support, including changes, cancellations, and feedback.
  • Keep up to date with travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings.
  • am Upsell add-ons such as travel insurance, premium upgrades, and special experiences.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in travel consulting or a customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Sabre) and travel booking tools (not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with visa and travel documentation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Passion for travel and destination knowledge.

    • Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory) :

  • Diploma / Degree in Travel & Tourism or related field
  • Experience in travel operations.
