Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ticketing and be well-versed in GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo.

Responsibilities :

• Issuance & Re-issuance of airline tickets
• EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) fulfillment
• Interpretation of fare rules and ensuring accurate application
• Reporting errors and discrepancies
• Liaising with airlines and service providers for issue resolution
• Processing refunds on airline systems and through BSP Link
• Handling group bookings and coordinating with airlines
• Invoicing for completed transactions
• Expertise in GDS platforms (Amadeus / Galileo)

Requirements :

Experience : 2-3 years in ticketing (candidates without ticketing experience will not be considered)

Skills :

Note : Candidates without ticketing experience need not apply.
