Job Summary :
We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Property Sales Consultants who are passionate about Dubai’s real estate market and thrive in a performance-based environment. This is a commission-only role, ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to succeed without a fixed salary and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities :
- Source and manage listings, collecting property information and coordinating marketing materials.
- Stay current on Dubai’s real estate rules, regulations, and market trends.
- Organize and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through final agreement.
- Monitor transactions, liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as banks, surveyors, mortgage advisors, and other agents.
- Proactively follow up with clients after viewings and maintain strong relationships through regular engagement.
- Generate leads and new business opportunities through the company database and personal networking efforts.
About You :
Minimum one (1) year of sales experience or basic sales knowledgeExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalProfessional, reliable, and presentable, with strong interpersonal and networking abilitiesSelf-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to work smart, succeed, and earn great rewardsActive on social media or open to promoting both yourself and the company onlinePossess a valid UAE driving license or able to obtain one within 3 months of joiningWhat We Offer :
