Job Position : E-Commerce Project Manager

Job Location : Gurgaon (Work From Office)

About The Role

The E-Commerce Project Manager will lead and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms like Amazon and Quick Commerce, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. This role demands strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication to drive growth and performance for e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across Amazon, Quick Commerce platforms, and other e-commerce advertising accounts.

Plan, execute, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns to meet client objectives effectively.

Regularly analyze campaign performance and present detailed performance reviews to clients.

Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams regarding strategies, project updates, challenges, timelines, and results.

Drive key performance metrics aligned with brand and business goals.

Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with leadership to develop, explain, and refine strategic plans.

Think critically and execute plans with a strong strategic mindset.

Make informed, data-driven decisions with attention to detail.

Exhibit excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Demonstrate a strong passion for and deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape.

Preferred Experience & Skills

Solid understanding of PPC campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting.

Experience in e-commerce, retail, digital advertising, or media is highly desirable.

Proven track record in client management and building long-term client partnerships.

Ability to manage and grow client accounts by delivering results and strategic input.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multi-functional teams.

Previous experience in team management roles will be an added advantage.
