Overview :
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who understands the intersection of technology, eCommerce platforms (Shopify), SEO, and performance marketing. This role requires someone who can oversee project execution, coordinate between tech and marketing teams, and ensure timely delivery of web and marketing projects that drive business results.
You don’t need to be a deep technical expert—but a working knowledge of Shopify development, SEO best practices, and paid media fundamentals is essential for understanding project scopes and guiding cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities :
Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with developers to manage Shopify-based web builds, migrations, and optimizations
- Understand basic Shopify architecture, Liquid templates, and app integration flows
- Coordinate web performance audits and ensure site speed, responsiveness, and UX best practices
SEO & Content Projects
Oversee execution of technical and on-page SEO initiativesEnsure SEO is considered in website builds, URL structuring, metadata, and performanceWork with SEO teams to track KPIs and ensure deliverables are aligned with client goalsPerformance Marketing Integration
Liaise with marketing teams to align campaign landing pages and tracking implementationUnderstand basics of paid marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads) and analytics setupEnsure proper pixel, tag, and conversion tracking across Shopify storesSocial Media Coordination
Work closely with the social media management team to align content calendars with campaign launches, product drops, and web updatesEnsure creative assets and messaging are consistent across social, paid media, and on-site experiencesCoordinate timely landing page creation and tracking for influencer campaigns, promotions, and social contestsCollaborate on performance reporting by integrating social insights with website analytics to assess impact and optimize future campaignsProject Management
Define project scope, objectives, and timelines with internal teams and clientsMaintain task tracking in tools like ClickUp, Trello, or NotionConduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetingsEnsure timely delivery of tasks across development, SEO, and marketing teamsAct as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholdersKey Skills and Knowledge :
Working knowledge of Shopify (themes, Liquid, app ecosystem, store setup)Understanding of SEO (technical, on-page, and basic off-page principles)Familiarity with performance marketing terms, KPIs, and tracking toolsStrong organizational and project coordination skillsAbility to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Trello / ClickUp, and Slack
