Protectol Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is a growing FMCG & healthcare company committed to delivering innovative wellness and hydration solutions. Our flagship brand, Aquench, is a scientifically formulated electrolyte drink designed to support hydration, energy, and performance.

We are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to spearhead Aquench’s digital growth across multiple platforms.

Role Overview

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling Aquench’s online sales channels, including D2C platforms, leading e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.), and strategic online partnerships. This role demands strong analytical skills, growth mindset, and hands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute Aquench’s e-commerce growth strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Identify new digital channels and partnerships for expansion.

2. Marketplace Management

  • Manage product listings, content optimization, pricing, and inventory on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
  • Handle vendor / seller central portals, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies.
  • Negotiate with platform teams for visibility, offers, and marketing placements.
  • 3. D2C Growth

  • Build and manage Aquench’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) store.
  • Oversee customer journey optimization (UI / UX, cart conversions, checkout, and retention).
  • Implement subscription models, bundling, and loyalty programs.
  • 4. Sales & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute campaigns for sales growth, visibility, and conversions.
  • Work with digital marketing team on performance ads (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads).
  • Track ROAS, CAC, and CLTV to ensure profitability.
  • 5. Operations & Supply Chain

  • Coordinate with warehousing, logistics, and distributors for smooth fulfillment.
  • Manage demand forecasting, returns, and SLA adherence.
  • 6. Data & Reporting

  • Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–4 years of experience in E-commerce management (FMCG / Healthcare preferred).
  • Proven track record of scaling D2C or marketplace sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit / Zepto ops.
  • Understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
