AEM Developer - Java

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead SDE (Software Development Engineer) with a strong background in Adobe AEM 6.5+ and the Java stack. This is a hands-on leadership role for our agile team in the virtual payments domain. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions while also providing technical mentorship to a talented team of engineers.

What You'll Do :

• Design and develop robust and scalable applications using Adobe AEM, focusing on component creation, workflow development, and OSGi modules (JSP / HTL).
• Build and enhance solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and modern front-end frameworks like Angular / React.
• Lead technical integration and migration projects on AEM and cloud platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
• Manage and optimize CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and PCF, ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment process.
• Implement and enforce secure coding practices based on OWASP guidelines to protect against vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex challenges related to application scalability, security, and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
