Role : AEM Lead

Experience : 6-8 years

Location : Yerwada, Pune (Hybrid - 2 days a week from office)

Overview :

• Proactive Lead Software Development Engineer for a world class distributed agile development team in the commercial virtual payments space.
• Must be an expert on working with AEM 6.5 and above code base and technology stack.
• Hands-on developer on Adobe AEM and one or more Adobe marketing cloud products solutions built upon the Adobe Experience Manager / CQ5 platform.
• Work with a team of talented engineers to develop high performance, high volume end to end applications using Java, Angular and Content Management System (CMS) AEM.
• Expertise in building AEM components, templates, workflows and OSGi modules using JSP as well as HTL with 100% hands-on role.
• Work closely with technical leads and product management technical to help define features and user stories.
• Contribute to day to day system development and maintenance activities of the team to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and help create solutions with high level of innovation, cost effectiveness, high quality and faster time to market.
• Provide technical training to the other team members.
• Actively look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency.
• Support service in production.
• Communicate directly with team leaders to ensure iterative delivery dates across a continuous development lifecycle are met, while identifying emerging issues.
• You are expert with different application patterns to implement different types of business processes (e.g., APIs, event-driven-services, batch-services, web-applications, big data).
• You have experience on AEM and related tech stack.
• You have experience on Java, REST API, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Jenkins, Spring, Oracle, GIT, Microservices, Messaging Framework, Angular / React.
• Should have been minimum 6-8 year of relevant exp in AEM and Java Stack experience
• A record of successful delivery of large software applications as a Tech Lead
• Demonstrated knowledge of Software Architecture and Design Principles, Patterns, Methodology, Domain Concepts (Architecture and Design Skills)
• Experienced in advanced code development, code review, and construction and use of automation frameworks
• You have experience working on Microservices and Cloud Native Architecture.
• You have experience leading and mentoring other engineers in a technical capacity.
• You have experience with secure coding standards (e.g., OWASP, CWE, SEI CERT)
• You have experience delivering major pieces of functionality on time and on-budget
• You have experience solving scale, resilience, security, and robustness problems.
• You have experience working with DB like Oracle / Postgres.
• You have experience with different SDLC practices (Waterfall / Scrum / Kanban / SAFe) and the delivery situations they are used for
• You have proficiency in using basic engineering principles for building and running mission critical software capabilities (security, customer experience, testing, operability, simplification, service-oriented architecture)
• You have good communication skills both verbal and written with strong relationship building, collaborative skills and organizational skills.

Education : Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or equivalent
