Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer to join our team in Mumbai or Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (6.5+), component development, integration, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications and digital experiences on the AEM platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement custom components, templates, and workflows in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5+).
• Build and maintain Sling Models, OSGi services, and HTL (Sightly) scripts.
• Integrate AEM with back-end services, RESTful APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Work on AEM Dispatcher configurations, caching strategies, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and business analysts to deliver scalable, user-centric digital experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning of AEM applications.
• Implement security best practices and support authentication / authorization mechanisms.
• Support CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices for AEM projects.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3-level support when required.
• Document technical specifications, system designs, and best practices for AEM development.
