Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead / Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality AEM solutions. You will lead development efforts, manage digital assets, integrate AEM with other systems, and mentor team members. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows

Manage AEM DAM and metadata

Integrate AEM with third-party systems and APIs

Lead and mentor development teams, enforce best practices

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance AEM implementations

Skills & Qualifications :

10+ years of experience in AEM development

Strong expertise in AEM 6.x, Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR

Hands-on with DAM, content management, and metadata management

Proficiency in front-end technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience with CI / CD tools (Maven, Git, Jenkins)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have :

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM

Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Knowledge of personalization and analytics in AEM
