Job Purpose :
Looking for TA professional having experience in end-to-end IT recruitment / Non IT, stakeholder management
What You'll be doing :
Strong understanding of recruiting process and best practices
Experience in recruiting for mid-senior positions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Requirements :
MBA in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 7-15 years of experience in recruiting, -TECH or NON-TECH
Experience into Product based company
