Recruitment Strategy & Execution :
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across all departments.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the Hyderabad job market and regional hiring trends to inform sourcing strategy and compensation benchmarking.
Team Leadership & Management :
Provide daily direction, mentorship, and coaching to the recruiting team, ensuring high performance and productivity.Set clear individual and team hiring goals and manage the recruitment pipeline to meet critical business deadlines.Process Optimization & Compliance :
Manage and optimize the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and leverage HR analytics tools to monitor key recruitment metrics (e. , time-to-hire, source of hire).Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.Stakeholder Collaboration :
Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their tech and non-tech hiring needs and build robust role specifications.Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally in the local talent market.Required Qualifications :
Experience : 6-10 years of progressive experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or team-lead role.Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).Market Expertise : Demonstrated success in hiring across multiple functions, especially in both tech and non-tech roles.Core Skills :
