Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary pre-sales support for the sales team and clients
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Prepare solution documentation, BOQs, proposals, and presentations
Coordinate custom solution requirements and deployment plans
Liaise between clients, sales, internal technical teams, and external vendors
Ensure timely delivery, installation, and implementation of solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and client briefings when required
Track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure milestone compliance
Ensure smooth handover to support teams with complete documentation
Maintain high standards of customer experience and communication at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of relevant experience in pre-sales / project coordination
Good understanding of IT hardware / POS / enterprise tech solutions
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and timelines simultaneously
Strong presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Problem-solver with a proactive, execution-driven mindset
