Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing technical consulting, analyzing customer requirements, and delivering comprehensive pre-sales support. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales teams, preparing proposals and presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Strong Analytical Skills for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Excellent Communication skills for interactions with clients and internal teams
• Consulting experience to guide customers through the construction process
• Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Proficiency in Presales activities such as preparing proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team
• Experience in the construction or technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
