About the Role : -
Shriram Properties is seeking a dynamic Presales Team Leader to drive lead-to-booking conversions and manage a high-performing presales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, outbound dialers, and call center analytics, along with a strong understanding of presales in real estate. You will generate actionable insights, optimize team performance, and ensure business goals are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Conversion Management
- Convert cold leads into Walk-ins and Walk-ins into confirmed property bookings.
- Oversee end-to-end presales process : lead qualification, site visit scheduling, follow-ups, and booking support.
Presales Analytics & Reporting
Generate, analyze, and share reports on lead performance, conversion ratios, call metrics, and ROI.Provide actionable insights to optimize lead quality, team efficiency, and overall conversion.Maintain real-time dashboards for proactive decision-making.Technology & Tools Expertise
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for lead tracking, workflow automation, and reporting.Expertise in outbound dialer management including campaign setup, pacing, and agent allocation.Strong understanding of call center metrics — connect rates, call volumes, agent productivity, and compliance.Team Leadership & Coaching
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of up to 20 presales agents to consistently achieve KPIs.Conduct call audits, pitch evaluation, and coaching based on performance and customer feedback.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing for aligned lead generation strategies.Coordinate with onsite sales teams for smooth handovers and joint achievement of booking targets.Qualifications & Skills
5–8 years' experience in real estate presales or inside sales, with minimum 2 years in a managerial role.Strong Salesforce CRM and outbound dialer expertise.Excellent understanding of call center metrics, reporting, and business analytics.Proven leadership, negotiation, and team-building skills.Fluent in English; Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu preferred.Willingness to work on weekends in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Qualification as per organizational policy.Skills Required
