Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Pre-Sales Intern. The role involves engaging with potential clients, providing detailed information about services, and understanding client needs to deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team, building client relationships, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and leads. The Intern will also assist with enhancing customer experiences and contributing to sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients
• Knowledge of Sales techniques and the ability to support Sales Management activities
• Willingness to undergo Training to develop and refine skills in pre-sales and client engagement
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with self-discipline
• Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with real estate processes is a plus
