Sr Tech Analyst II - Tango3

Job Description :

• Resource must have 3 to 4 years of experience in theSwitch Applications and 1-2 years of experience with TANGO.
• Oversee system health, configurations, and upgrades of Lusis Tango.
• Analyze high-impact incidents; lead root cause analysis and post-mortems.
• Maintain configuration baselines, documentation, and change control records.
• Coordinate with Lusis vendor for advanced troubleshooting and updates.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams : infrastructure, development, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal security, risk, and audit requirements.
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL), log analysis, and transaction tracing.
• Familiarity in Linux, including scripting and process management.
