We're now looking to expand our commercial team with a Senior Sales Executive who understands the ESG & Sustainability landscape and is eager to help us scale impact.
What you’ll do :
As a Senior Executive – Sales, you’ll work at the intersection of business development and sustainability. Your core responsibility is to build and qualify a strong lead pipeline while working closely with both channel partners and enterprise clients.
- Research and generate leads in the ESG / Sustainability space — across national and international markets
- Filter and qualify leads before handing them off to the broader sales and solutions team
- Coordinate with channel partners to drive joint outreach and lead development
- Engage directly with corporate clients in early-stage conversations and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of leads and communication in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and alignment across functions
What makes you a fit :
1–2 years of experience in sales or business development in the ESG / Sustainability domainStrong research and lead-generation skills; comfortable working across multiple marketsExperience coordinating with partners and engaging B2B clientsExcellent written and verbal communicationHighly organized, self-driven, and proactiveBonus : Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (GHG Protocol, ESG reporting, etc.)For additional info, reach out to hr@newtral.io .
