Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive
sales of our AMC and preventive maintenance packages. The ideal candidate will build
strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and convert leads into long-term
service contracts with apartment associations, gated communities, and individual
homeowners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate leads for preventive maintenance & AMC services in
apartments, villas, and individual houses.
Pitch AMC solutions to apartment associations (RWA), property managers,and homeowners.
Conduct site visits and inspections with the technical team to prepare tailoredproposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with apartment societies, gatedcommunities, and builders.
Collaborate with marketing to design and execute local campaigns &promotional activities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.Maintain a pipeline of opportunities in CRM and provide weekly reporting tomanagement.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree (preferred : Business, Marketing, or Civil / Mechanicalbackground).
2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (FacilityManagement, Real Estate, Interiors, or Home Services preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value contracts.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.Local market knowledge of apartments and residential societies is a plus.What We Offer :
