Job Summary :

We are looking for motivated MBA / B.Tech graduates to join our team as Bid Manager Trainee . As a fresher, you will be trained to manage the entire bid process, from understanding client requirements to preparing and submitting winning proposals. You will work closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure that bids are compliant, competitive, and compelling.

Qualifications :

• Full-Time MBA and a BE / B.Tech (any specialization) or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior internship or project experience in sales / presales or bid management is a plus but not mandatory.
