Presales Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Product Specialist with strong domain knowledge in CCaaS , SaaS , GPS tracking systems , cybersecurity , NOC monitoring , hardware infrastructure , and cloud services . This role bridges product, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the subject matter expert across assigned product lines.
• Support sales teams with product insights, demos, and client consultations.
• Collaborate with engineering on product development and enhancements.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and technical enablement for clients.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements.

Requirements :

2+ years’ experience in a similar product or technical role.
