Inside Sales Trainee – SaaS Solutions
Location : Dwarka, Delhi
Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated MBA graduate to join our Inside Sales team, focusing on SaaS solutions for the Retail and Supply Chain sectors. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to the sales lifecycle—from lead generation to pre-sales engagement—while building expertise in B2B SaaS selling.
Experience : MBA from Tier-1 / 2 Institutes with 0–1 year of experience in Inside Sales / SaaS / B2B selling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Build and manage a healthy sales funnel with consistent follow-ups.
- Present product value propositions aligned to client business needs.
- Support sales team in scheduling and conducting product demos.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity updates in CRM systems.
- Assist in nurturing client relationships during the pre-sales stage.
- Research industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen pitches.
Qualifications & Skills :
MBA in Business / Marketing (Science / Technology graduate preferred with 70%+ marks).Strong interest in SaaS product sales, pre-sales, or client-facing roles.Knowledge of retail and supply chain sectors (or eagerness to learn).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with CRM and sales productivity tools is a plus.Willingness to travel occasionally for client interactions.Skills Required
