Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources & Marketing Professional for a full-time, on-site role based in OMR, Navalur, Chennai. The role involves managing core HR functions such as policy implementation, employee benefits, and personnel management, along with supporting marketing initiatives. The selected candidate will contribute to the development of marketing strategies, conduct market research, assist in executing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between HR and marketing practices. Additionally, the role includes coordinating employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of Human Resources and Marketing practices

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Experience : 0–1 years (freshers may apply)

5. Ability and willingness to travel when required

6. Interview Mode : Offline

7. Salary Package : ₹2,00,000 per annum (initial offer)
