Role Description

This is an on-site role for an HR Marketing Intern located in Chennai. The HR Marketing Intern will be involved in daily tasks such as assisting with human resources management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The intern will also contribute to marketing efforts related to HR initiatives and communicate effectively with employees and other stakeholders.

This is an unpaid role.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
