This is an on-site internship role for HR & Marketing at the Youth United Council of India, located in Chennai. The intern will assist with various HR functions such as drafting HR policies, managing employee benefits, and organizing personnel management activities. Additionally, the intern will support marketing initiatives, including creating marketing materials, conducting market research, and assisting with social media campaigns.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• This is an Unpaid Internship.
