This is an on-site internship role for a HR Marketing Intern at Youth United Festival located in Chennai. The HR Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include creating HR marketing materials, supporting recruitment activities, managing social media channels, and assisting in organizing events. The intern will also help in maintaining HR databases and supporting other HR functions as needed.

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing purposes
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
