Key Responsibilities :
Manage online sales inquiries, qualify leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets .
Provide complete pre- and post-sales support , including account management, project management, and customer training.
Conduct client meetings (both online and offline), manage the opportunity pipeline, and drive closures.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Strong ability to handle sales requests from clients via phone, email, and onsite visits.
Capable of working efficiently and accurately under pressure with great attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of managing fast-paced projects independently.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in technology.
Basic understanding of hardware, networking, web technologies, and cloud solutions .
Prior experience in web or cloud solution sales will be a strong advantage.
