Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing accounts, building strong customer relationships, and working to meet or exceed sales targets. You will also ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, maintaining a sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales with a focus on generating leads and managing sales pipelines.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively with teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the technology or ERP solutions sector is a plus.
