Senior Assistant Vice President

Job descriptionTranslate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Drive resource planning, onboarding, and performance management. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Review technical designs and ensure alignment with best practices and platform capabilities. Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, demos, and estimations.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Delivery & Governance
Lead the delivery of Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high quality.
- Establish and enforce delivery governance, agile practices, and risk mitigation strategies.
Client Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor Salesforce consultants, developers, architects, and business analysts.
Solution Design & Architecture
Collaborate with Solution Architects to design robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Practice Development
Contribute to the growth of the Salesforce practice through thought leadership, reusable assets, and accelerators.
