You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.Job SummaryWe are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Business Development Manager to expand our clientele in the US market. This is a high-impact, front-facing role requiring a strategic thinker who thrives in an international B2B sales environment and understands the accounting and finance outsourcing domain.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction- Identify new business opportunities in the US accounting and finance outsourcing market- Generate qualified leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive conversions- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and CXOs- Keep detailed records of sales activity, revenue, invoices, and feedback- Offer post-sales support and ensure long-term customer success- Mentor and support entry-level staff and junior sales team members- Contribute to strategic planning for business development and key
