Job Overview :

We are seeking a driven and meticulous individual with a proven track record of maintaining a sophisticated on-premise Jira implementation to join Arm's global IT department.

Using your technical ability and attention to detail, you will ensure our critically-important Jira environment and supporting tools are kept up-to-date and fit-for-purpose. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and must be keen to pick up new skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities :

• Maintaining and developing the configuration and structure of our on-premise Jira environment.
• Utilising supporting tools, including PowerBI and Excel, to capture and analyse datasets around team capacity, performance, and other valuable insights.
• Crafting and updating documentation around the accurate usage of Jira and other tools, and sharing this knowledge within the team and similar roles.
• Generating ideas that will assist data and delivery managers to continuously improve our tools and processes.
