Job Title : Senior Atlassian Migration Specialist

Function : Atlassian Tools Administration, Migration, Jira & Confluence Cloud, Agile, DevOps, Python, Cloud, AWS, Linux / Unix

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

• Jira / Confluence / JSM System administration
• Supports Agile tool adoption and consistent utilization, to ensure that the process is driving the way the tool is utilized.
• Actively work on user tickets related to Jira / JSM / Confluence.
• Actively participate in the planning, execution, and management of the Jira, JSM and Confluence migration from Data Center to Atlassian Cloud.
• Migrating data between Jira environments and executing project imports.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of comprehensive migration strategies and project plans.
• Write automation and scripting for migration and data integrity
• Perform post-migration adjustments, including screens, schemas, and workflows.
• Utilize Atlassian migration tools (e.g., Jira Cloud Migration Assistant, Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant) for efficient and accurate data transfer.
• Identify and proactively address potential migration risks and challenges to ensure minimal downtime.
• Apply an in-depth understanding of Jira architecture, migration methodologies, and cloud technologies during the migration process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, data accuracy, and successful migration outcomes.
• Contribute to documentation of migration processes, lessons learned, and best practices.
