MicroGenesis Techsoft - Jira Lead - Groovy / Grails

Key Responsibilities :

• Atlassian Administration : Administer, configure, and maintain our Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket environments, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
• Access & Permissions : Implement and manage user access controls, roles, and permissions to maintain data integrity and security.
• Customization & Automation : Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and provide solutions. Create and maintain custom scripts using Groovy for automation and enhancements across the Atlassian suite.
• Reporting & Dashboards : Develop and implement project management features, dashboards, and reports to support various stakeholders with critical project insights.
• Troubleshooting & Support : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, providing timely and effective support to users.
• Training & Best Practices : Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on best practices, new features, and the proper use of Atlassian tools.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with new releases from Atlassian and evaluate their applicability to our processes, driving continuous improvement.
